Club Regulations
§ 1
The Club's aim is to support the cultural activity of Warsaw Philharmonic
with funds in the form of donations made for the Club by its members.
§ 2
The persons who have made a donation for the Club become Club
members and receive the Card of a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic.
The Bronze Card of a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic - donations from 100 PLN
The Silver Card of a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic - donations from 500 PLN
The Gold Card a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic - donations from 1000 PLN
The Corporate Gold Card of a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic
- donations from 5000 PLN (for corporate bodies)
The cards are issued by the Promotion Department (phone: (+48 22) 55 17 115
e-mail: klub@filharmonia.pl) after the confirmation of payment.
The confirmation of the receipt of the Card is a proof of Club membership
and of the acceptance of Club regulations by the member.
§ 3
Payments can be made directly into the following account:
Filharmonia Narodowa w Warszawie - Klub Przyjaciól,
Bank PKO BP S.A. I Oddzial w Warszawie,
54 1020 1013 0000 0002 0007 6430.
Payments made in the Warsaw branches of Bank PKO BP SA are free of bank charges.
Payments can also be made by bank transfer into the Club's account.
§ 4
Each Club member holding the Brown Card of a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic acquires the right:
- to receive, in a form convenient for the member (by post, fax, or e-mail)
information concerning the repertoire and activity of Warsaw Philharmonic,
- to use a special limited ‘brown' pool of tickets, subject to availability, obtainable till 30 days before the concert,
- to participate in selected orchestra rehearsals, information
about which will be forwarded to the members in advance,
- to receive information about the ways in which their donations are being appropriated,
- to have their names and surnames published monthly in Warsaw Philharmonic
concert programmes, on a list of Club members (unless a member protests this right),
- to participate in Club events.
§ 5
A Club Member holding the Silver Card of a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic also acquires the right:
- to receive a free copy of the concert programmes
(this concerns extraordinary, symphonic, chamber and organ concerts).
The free programmes can be collected from the ushers
(in the Ball Chamber and the ground floor level of the Concert Hall,
as well as the left-hand foyer of the Concert Hall balcony),
- to receive a free copy of the programme book for the given artistic season,
- to use a special limited ‘silver' pool of tickets, subject to availability, obtainable till 15 days before the concert,
§ 6
A Club Member holding the Gold Card of a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic also acquires the right:
- to receive Warsaw Philharmonic publications free of charge,
- to participate in meetings with artists, organised by Warsaw Philharmonic,
- to use a special limited ‘gold' pool of tickets, subject to availability, obtainable till one hour before the concert,
§ 7
Corporate bodies, on joining the Club, obtain all the privileges granted to holders
of a Gold Card of a Friend of Warsaw Philharmonic,
as well as the right to have the company name and /or person's name printed
in Warsaw Philharmonic Programme Book and in concert programmes,
in the category of companies / corporate bodies.
§ 8
Club membership is seasonal. A donation entitles the member to use
the above mentioned rights for the period of one concert season.
§ 9
The membership and the card may be prolonged for the following seasons
by sticking on the card a special hologram which the Club member
will receive from the Promotion Department of Warsaw Philharmonic
after the confirmation of payment has been made.
§ 10
Should the card be lost, the member is requested immediately to contact
the Promotion Department of Warsaw Philharmonic,
from which a new card with a new number can be obtained after a prior payment of a 25 PLN charge.
§ 11
On joining the Club, each member gives permission to collect and store his
or her personal data in Warsaw Philharmonic,
but reserves the right to inspect and update that data.
Warsaw Philharmonic hereby guarantees that the data will be used solely
for the purposes of the Club's activity, and will not be presented to a third party.
